If delivery is arranged, confirm the balance, accepted payment method and payment deadline in writing before travel. If you pick up the kitten yourself, confirm the final-payment method before the pickup appointment.
Why is the arrival date approximate?
Each kitten may need age-appropriate vaccinations, veterinary clearance and travel preparation before leaving. Weather, airline or ground-transport conditions can also affect the final date. We will keep you updated as the homecoming plan is confirmed.
Can I request more photos or videos before reserving?
Yes. If you are seriously interested in a kitten, contact us to request current photos, videos and any additional information that is available for that kitten.
How does air cargo work?
Where air cargo is appropriate and permitted, the kitten travels in an airline-approved carrier and the adopting family collects the kitten from the designated cargo facility using the flight and airway-bill information provided. Eligibility and current costs must be confirmed for each trip.
What does nanny-assisted delivery mean?
A flight nanny or courier accompanies the kitten during travel and meets you at the agreed airport or destination. Availability and cost depend on the route.
Can I transfer a deposit to another kitten?
The original policy states that deposits are generally tied to the selected kitten. Any exception should be agreed with the cattery in writing before a change is made.
Can I receive pedigree or registration papers?
Registration or pedigree availability varies by kitten. Ask us to confirm what paperwork applies to the individual profile before reserving.
What payment methods are available?
The recovered application lists options such as Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and E-Transfer, while older cattery content also references Venmo. Confirm the currently accepted method with us before sending any payment.
What litter do you recommend?
The original profiles commonly recommend wood or paper-based pellets or clumping litter, depending on what the kitten is already accustomed to. Ask about the exact litter used for your kitten before homecoming.
What food do the kittens eat?
